This investment round attracted a diverse group of investors, including Mirabilis Investment Trust, Anicut Capital, Niveshaay, Hyperscale Ventures, and several angel investors from the pharmaceutical and specialty chemicals industries.
This funding will enable Naturis to establish a significant manufacturing facility in Vapi, create an experience center in the NCR region, launch a new R&D center in Mumbai, and expand its workforce. The company's long-term vision is to become India's leading ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) platform in the beauty and personal care space, catering to a wide range of brands and categories.
One of the key strengths of Naturis is its ability to combine deep formulation and product development expertise with robust quality systems and a customer-centric approach. This has led to strong financial performance and rapid growth, with a remarkable 50% CAGR in revenue over the last four years. The company's diverse client base, including well-known brands like Pilgrim, Purplle, Nykaa, Asaya, Hoop, Colorbar, Bare Anatomy, Kay Beauty, and Antinorm, further underscores its capabilities and market presence.
